If you need to return or exchange the product, you can do so in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on the Protection of Consumer Rights - within 14 days from the moment of purchase. You can also notify us of your desire to return or exchange a product using one of the most convenient methods of communication for you.

Product exchange procedure: You contact us, send us the product you want to exchange, and we will send you the necessary set for replacement.

How to return the product: You also need to contact us, send back the product you want to return to us, and after receiving and inspecting it, we will refund you.

Pay attention! Only the product whose packaging integrity has not been violated, there are no traces of use, damage, and also if the complete set of the set is available, is subject to return and exchange.
