String-Art-Set „Traumtalisman“
Beschreibung
“Dream talisman” is a dreamcatcher shaped as a moon with feather pendants.
What the picture shows
A large ring, curved like a crescent moon and wound in white thread, takes up the upper part of the piece. An eight-pointed star in blue and yellow thread is stretched inside the ring — it holds the centre and works as the catcher’s web. Pendants hang below on three cords: two small stars and three feathers, each wound separately in yellow, orange and blue. The lights of an LED garland are spread along the ring, so at night the outline of the moon glows. There are five thread colours, 35 m in all.

The panel is on a 190×290 mm (7.48×11.42 in) board. The ring and pendants wind quickly, while the star in the centre calls for care. The panel is hung above a bed or in a child’s room. The image comes out of the crossings of the thread, so how dense the lines look depends on how many times you pass between the nails. The board needs no painting or extra preparation — it comes ready to work on.
