Wooden tapestry embroidery frame 30*48 cm + magnetic needle holder and threader
Beschreibung
A needlework set: a 30×48 cm beech tapestry frame, a magnetic needle holder and a needle threader.
How it works
A tapestry frame is not a hoop but a rectangular beech frame on which the fabric is stretched along two opposite sides rather than around a circle. The cloth is held by clip clamps: no screws, no marks on the fabric. The frame size adjusts through extra holes in the side bars, so one frame suits work of different heights. The wooden wing nuts turn by hand, with no tool needed. The main advantage over round hoops is that the fabric is not creased in a circle, so the finished piece carries no ring mark to press out afterwards.
What is in the set
- Beech tapestry frame, 30×48 cm, with clips and wooden wing nuts
- Wooden-based magnetic needle holder, 20 mm across: two neodymium magnets
- Needle threader, 50 mm long
Specifications
- Frame size: 30×48 cm
- Material: beech
- Fabric fixing: clip clamps
- Adjustment: extra holes in the side bars
- Set weight: 0,6 kg
Eight centimetres taller than the 30×40 model — exactly the difference that matters for vertical work: panels, towels and tall pictures where a 40 cm frame is no longer enough.
