Perlenstickerei-Set Ikone auf Kunstleinwand „Heiliger Nazarius“
Beschreibung
«St. Nazariy» shows a young martyr in a narrow wreath; the crimson cloak and green tunic give a clear, almost poster-like contrast.
What the picture shows
The saint is shown to the waist, almost frontally. His hair is fair and wavy, his beard short, with a narrow light wreath on his head. A crimson cloak is thrown over his shoulder in broad folds, a green tunic with a gold clasp beneath. In both hands he holds a tall gold cross before him. The halo is golden, with a beaded ornamental arch and the name cartouche above. Face and hands remain printed on the canvas, and the cream embossed ground is not beaded over — the beading is not solid.
What is in the kit

- Czech Preciosa beads, 13 colours
- Beading needles
- Instructions and a mounting diagram
Specifications
- Size: 230×300 mm (9.0×11.8 in)
- Beads: approx. 8,442
- Bead colours: 13
- Base: art canvas
- Difficulty: average
The 230×300 mm format holds the whole figure without losing detail. The beads are sewn straight onto the printed image, so there is no chart to keep on screen: every colour is marked on the canvas itself, and the work goes even in poor light. Frames are chosen separately, from a narrow wooden one to a wide carved one.
