Esquema para bordar con abalorios sobre lienzo artístico (sin abalorios) «Desayuno inglés»

“English breakfast” is a cosy still life with porcelain, lace and a large bouquet of garden flowers on a wooden shelf.

What the picture shows

The shelf holds blue-and-white porcelain: a tall coffee pot with floral painting, a cup and saucer, a large plate with a dense blue pattern, two teapots, a creamer and a small pot with a pink flower. In front, a heavy footed vase holds a bouquet of roses, tulips, peonies, poppies and white anemones in pink and apricot tones with fine green sprigs. White lace hangs from the shelf below, with a key and a little birdhouse beside it. Coverage is partial: the flowers, china, vase and lace are beaded, while the striped wallpaper on the left, the brown wall and the wooden shelf boards remain as print on the canvas.
