What the picture shows

A fair-haired girl in a pale lilac dress with a lace hem sits in the middle of a glade, a wreath of small flowers on her head. Behind her shoulders are light, half-transparent wings veined with blue. Warm golden light glows beyond her, with dark trunks and dense green foliage showing through it; branches form a natural arch on both sides, and grass with yellow and white flowers spreads below. The range is almost entirely green, from spring-leaf to deep emerald, around a warm yellow core. The stitching is partial: beads sow the leaves, the grass, the wreath, the dress and the outlines of the wings thickly, while the face, the hands and the golden light in the depth stay printed.
