“Unusual flower” shows a smiling yellow cat inside a decorative patchwork frame.

What the picture shows

The cat sits facing you with its paws folded, whiskers out to the sides and pink cheeks. Opaque yellow beads fill the head, body and paws, clear amber ones outline the ears, the head and the belt across the belly, and also form four flowers in the corners. The ground is assembled from orange and blue patches with small hearts, flowers and swirls — bright, and left as print. The palette is warm, almost ethnographic. 157 beads in two colours. The beading is not solid — the printed canvas stays visible between the beads, and that is part of the design: the pattern is already printed in full colour, so there is no separate chart to check. Beading needles are in the kit as well, so you can start as soon as the box is open.
