Unfortunately, at this time, we do not produce single-copy kits based on custom photos or images.

Why is that? Creating each new pattern at Abris Art is a highly meticulous artistic process involving a whole team of professional designers. To ensure you receive a truly high-quality and beautiful embroidery kit, we:

• Manually process the pattern, carefully placing every single bead and cross-stitch.

• Meticulously select the shades, materials, and additional decor.

• Always perform test stitching to guarantee a perfect result.

If we were to carry out all this extensive work to produce just a single kit, its cost would be unreasonably high. We cannot skip these steps, as we are not willing to compromise on quality. We strive to create only the best for you!

Are there exceptions? Yes! We will gladly develop an exclusive custom design if you need a large bulk order (approximately 100 units or more, depending on the product category). This is an excellent option for corporate gifts or your own merchandise.

We deliver orders throughout Ukraine and invite you to choose the most convenient delivery method:

• Nova Poshta (to a branch or courier delivery to your address): We dispatch orders with this carrier every day, so your parcel will be on its way to you as quickly as possible.

• Ukrposhta: Shipments via Ukrposhta are made 1-2 times a week.

How to track your order? So you don't have to worry about your package, on the day of dispatch (after 5:00 PM), our manager will be sure to send you the tracking number (waybill/TTN). You will be able to easily track how your embroidery kit makes its way to your hands.

Regarding local pickup: Self-pickup is available in Mukachevo.

We offer several convenient payment methods. Please choose the one that suits you best.

Online Bank Card Payment (WayForPay) You can pay for your order immediately at checkout using the WayForPay payment system. However, if you plan to add threads, embroidery hoops, accessories, or other items to your order, or if you wish to apply a personal discount, we recommend holding off on the immediate payment. After you place your order, our manager will contact you to clarify all the details, recalculate the final cost, and send you the payment details if necessary.

Payment by Bank Details (IBAN) Once your order is placed, our manager will confirm all the details and, if required, provide our bank account details (IBAN) for payment. You can make the payment via any mobile banking app or at any bank branch.

Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) You can pay for your order upon receipt at the delivery service branch. Please note that the shipping carrier charges an additional fee for the cash-on-delivery service according to their tariffs. If this is your first order and the total exceeds 1,000 UAH, we may request a partial prepayment to confirm the order.

Payment via PayPal Payment via PayPal is available for international customers or by prior arrangement with our manager. The manager will send you the payment details once your order is confirmed. Please note that international orders are shipped only after a 100% prepayment. Once the order is confirmed, the manager will calculate the international shipping cost based on the destination country, weight, and dimensions of the parcel, notify you of the final amount, and agree on the most convenient payment method with you. If you have already paid for the items on the website using a bank card, the international shipping cost can be paid separately once it has been fully calculated.

The patterns included in the kits are not sold separately — they are available only as part of a kit.

If you are specifically interested in a bead embroidery pattern, we recommend checking the relevant section of our website. We offer a wide range of individual bead embroidery patterns, where you are sure to find a design to your liking.

It is also worth noting that a ready-made kit is the most convenient solution, as it already contains everything you need for your work: a fabric base with the pattern, a complete set of high-quality beads with a surplus, needles, instructions, and other accessories (depending on the design). You won't have to match materials separately or calculate their quantities — everything is already prepared for a comfortable embroidery process.

Our kits do not include a stretcher frame, and we made this decision intentionally, keeping your comfort and the flawless appearance of the finished work in mind.

Here are a few important reasons why our kits come without stretcher frames:

• Convenience while embroidering. Embroidering on a canvas that is already tightly stretched over a frame is extremely inconvenient. Accessing the back side becomes significantly harder, and for large pieces, reaching certain areas becomes almost impossible. We want your creative process to bring you joy, not discomfort.

• Flawless appearance of the finished piece. During the embroidery process, beads add weight to the canvas. If you work on an already stretched canvas, it can deform or sag over time. To ensure your artwork has a perfectly flat surface without any distortions, it should be stretched onto a frame only after the work is completely finished.

• Optimized shipping costs. Including a stretcher frame would significantly increase the size and weight of the packaging. We don't want you to overpay for shipping a bulky parcel.

What should you do with the finished work? Once your masterpiece is complete, we recommend taking it to a professional framing workshop. Experienced framers will stretch the embroidered canvas perfectly onto a frame and, if you wish, help you choose a frame that best highlights the beauty of your embroidery.

Unfortunately, no, we do not manufacture or sell frames.

To frame your finished piece, we recommend visiting a specialized custom framing shop in your city. This is the best solution for several reasons:

• Perfect fit: The craftsmen will take measurements directly from your finished embroidery, ensuring the frame fits flawlessly without any distortion.

• Wide selection: You will be able to physically compare different frame samples against your artwork to choose the exact color and texture that best highlights its beauty and complements your interior.

• Professional framing: Specialists will properly stretch the embroidered canvas so it does not sag over the years, and they will also help you choose a mat board or protective glass.

A framing shop will help you turn your embroidery into a true, finished masterpiece!

Yes, an electronic pattern in XSD format is available for most of our cross-stitch kits.

All new kits include a QR code that allows you to download:

• an electronic pattern in PDF format;

• an electronic pattern in XSD format.

The XSD format can be opened in any convenient cross-stitching app that supports it.

For some of our earlier kits, the electronic pattern may be temporarily unavailable. In such cases, a detailed printed pattern is always included in the kit. If you already own one of our kits and would like to receive the electronic pattern, please contact us, confirm your ownership of the kit, and we will provide all the necessary details to download it.

Yes, for most of our cross-stitch embroidery kits, an electronic pattern in Saga format is available. All recent kits are supplied with the pattern. Unfortunately, Saga patterns are not included in some of our older kits, but a detailed printed pattern is always included. If you contact us requesting an electronic pattern and confirming the availability of the kit, we will send you all the necessary information to download the electronic pattern. We now have new packaging that includes a QR code that allows you to download patterns in PDF format and Saga patterns.
