Payment Methods
We care about your convenience and peace of mind, which is why we offer secure, transparent, and hassle-free payment options.
For orders shipped outside Ukraine, we accept full advance payment only:
Online Payment (via WayForPay)
Instant and convenient payment from anywhere in the world using Visa / Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Wire Transfer (SWIFT / IBAN)
Payment to our official FOP bank account. The full banking details for international transfers will be provided by our manager after your order is confirmed.

Shipping

We ensure that your orders arrive on time, safely, and in perfect condition. Available shipping options and terms depend on your location.
International Shipping
For retail customers outside Ukraine, delivery is handled by international postal services.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Europe: 7–14 business days
USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
Rest of the World: 14–25 business days
Shipping Cost & Free Shipping:
Shipping costs are not included in the product price shown on the website and will be calculated at checkout.
Free International Shipping is available for orders over €70.
Tracking & Final Delivery:
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel's progress online.
Final delivery is safely completed by your local postal service or courier.
Secure Packaging:
All craft kits are carefully packaged in durable protective materials to prevent any damage during transit.

Please Note (Customs & Import Duties):

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, or local VAT according to the laws of the destination country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Quick Resolution Tip: Please describe the issue in detail and attach photos of the item or its components. This will help us resolve your request as quickly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns from anywhere in the world within 30 days of delivery:
Item Condition: You may open the shipping package to inspect the contents; however, the craft kit itself must remain in its original, undamaged packaging without any signs of use or damage.
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (except in cases where the item arrived damaged or with incorrect components).
Damaged Parts or Missing Materials? If your kit arrived damaged or is missing components, please contact us before returning the item. In most cases, we will send a replacement or issue a refund without requiring you to ship the item back.
Exchange or Refund: Processed within 3 business days upon receiving the returned package or after confirming the issue via provided photos/videos.
How the Exchange & Return Process Works
Contact Us: Reach out to our manager and inform them of your intention to exchange or return an item.
Ship the Item: Send the item back following the manager's instructions and shipping details.
Resolution: After receiving and inspecting the package, we will send you the newly selected kit (equal in value to your original purchase) or refund your payment to your provided details.
