Orders shipped outside Ukraine are paid in full in advance.

Retail orders outside Ukraine are delivered by international postal services. Choose your region and order total to see the cost and delivery time.

Shipping is added at checkout; the threshold applies to your order total after discounts. Free shipping on orders from €85 is a promotional offer for retail customers. For wholesale orders, discounts are arranged individually with your dedicated manager.
How your order travels
You place the order
Choose your kits and pay at checkout.
We pack and dispatch
Within 1–2 business days, usually the next business day.
You get a tracking number
Follow your parcel online as soon as it is shipped.
Delivered to you
Your local postal service or courier completes the delivery.
Secure packaging. Every kit is packed in durable protective materials to prevent damage in transit.
Customs and import duties. Our prices do not include import duties or local VAT of the destination country. If any are charged, the recipient pays them to the carrier on delivery (DAP terms). However the US customers for orders below 2500 USD are required to pay the import tax together with the shipping cost before the parcel is dispatched (DDP terms).
Exchanges and returns
We accept returns from anywhere in the world within 14 days of delivery.
What happened?
Damaged or missing parts
- Contact us before returning the item and attach photos or videos of the kit or its components.
- In most cases we send a replacement or issue a refund without asking you to ship the kit back.
- You do not pay for return shipping if the kit arrived damaged or with incorrect components.
- Exchanges and refunds are processed within 3 business days after we confirm the issue from your photos or videos.
I changed my mind
- You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange the kit.
- You may open the shipping package to check the contents, but the kit must stay in its original, undamaged packaging with no signs of use.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Exchanges and refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned package.

Exchange or refund
After we receive and inspect the package, we send the newly selected kit of equal value or refund your payment to the details you provide.
