Christmas Stockings and Christmas ornaments (cross-stitch)

Cross stitch Christmas decor is a group of 10 winter-themed kits on Aida. There are two families: small three-dimensional tree ornaments at 77×77 mm, and Christmas stockings from 180×270 mm upwards. Six kits are rated easy.

Two groups

• Three-dimensional ornaments — 8 kits, mostly 77×77 mm, 4–7 colours, 4–8 hours of work.
• Stockings — the large format, up to 35 colours, several weeks of work.

What is included

14 or 18 count Aida with finished edges, floss with a surplus, a needle, a printed colour chart with QR codes to the digital formats, and the findings for assembling the finished piece.

Questions and answers

How long does a tree ornament take?

4–8 hours for a 77×77 mm ornament. A set of four is about two weeks at an hour an evening.

Is the finished ornament three-dimensional?

Yes, these pieces are made up from two panels and lightly stuffed, so they read from both sides.

How long does a stocking take?

From 40 to 80 hours: a large format with up to 35 colours.
