Description
“Festive little angel” is a diamond-shaped 3D hanging with an angel figure worked in red on coffee Aida. Four colours, simple level.
What the picture shows
The angel stands at the centre of the diamond and is built from simple geometric forms: a round head, a trapezoid dress widening toward the hem, and two wings indicated at the sides. The dress is filled solidly in two shades of red — darker at the edges, lighter within — with a white eight-pointed star left as a cut-out on the breast. The head and the wing outlines are drawn in a fine dark line. Small red stars close the corners of the diamond, and neat overcasting runs round the perimeter. A red tassel hangs below, a red ribbon with a bow above.
