String Art Kit "My home"
Description
“My home” is the map of Ukraine in blue and yellow with a red heart at its centre.
What the picture shows
The silhouette of the country fills almost the whole board, with the coastline and the western border clearly readable. The upper half is wound in blue thread and the lower in yellow, the border between them running roughly across the middle; the nails stand closer together along the outline, so the edge comes out sharp. Nearer the centre, where the two colours meet, a red heart is laid in — wound more densely than the rest, so it looks darker. An LED garland runs inside the figure. There are three thread colours, 43 m in all.

Specifications
- Article: ABC-028
- Board size: 190×290 mm (7.48×11.42 in)
- Thread colours: 3
- Total thread length: 43 m
- Difficulty: average
- Technique: string art — nails and stretched thread
The board is 190×290 mm (7.48×11.42 in). The level is average: the main thing is to follow the outline of the country exactly, since that is what makes the panel recognisable. It hangs on the wall without a frame. The threads are wound one colour after another, exactly as the chart shows. The image comes out of the crossings of the thread, so how dense the lines look depends on how many times you pass between the nails.
