Universal legs that turn a tapestry frame into a table or sofa stand and free both hands.

Why they are universal

The side supports are not joined by a fixed crossbar. That is what lets the stand take a frame of any width, from a small doily to a large multi-figure canvas. You simply set the supports at the distance you need and clamp the frame between them.

What the design gives you

  • Both hands free: one works above, one below, and the stitching goes twice as fast
  • 360° frame rotation on spacer washers — reach the back and secure a thread in a second, without taking the work off
  • Adjustable tilt for both the supports and the frame, set to your height and your favourite spot: at a table, on a sofa, in an armchair
  • Assembles without tools — the wing nuts turn by hand in a few minutes
